@Venn, the Air Monitor mode feature will be available in ICVA 2.9.0.
Possible to provide a screenshot of Status > Device of your MBX 5G? You may hide the info of the serial number.

@Venn for the Save button, please PM me your serial number and help to turn on Remote Assistance. I do see the Save button from my HD4 MBX.
For the Performance Test, it is available in Pepwave AP only. I updated the user guide here. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
