good morning,
I am using several max br1 modems for a field iot application and rely on InTouch to access modules in the field. When i add my computer to the vpn the modems are on i can access all the devices with the ip address but when I try to use InTouch remotely I get the attached error. any guidance is appreciated. all modems are on 8.4.0 build 5075.
