Intouch problem on Bosch camera

Hallo, I have problem with remote connection to Bosch camera via InTouch function. I try use HTTP or HTTPS protocol with the same results. If I press “InTouch” button I receive system windows for login and password (from camera). Its fine, but on next step after write credential and pres “login” I receive only white “blank” page with rotating circle in the middle of the screen. I can’t receive full WEB GUI from camera.

My Peplink is MAX BR1 / 8.5.4 build 6264.

Do you have any idea about this problem ?

You’re going to want to try testing with the compatibility mode options in the Intouch profile:

I tried enable Compatibility mode 1 or 2 and I have same wrong result. Only rotating circle. This circle is designed from Bosch theme. When I try acces to Camera WEB GUI directly form PC on same network (without InTouch), GUI is fine.
