intouch on wan interface

I want to use intouch to access a device on the router’s wan network.

Are there any caveats / prerequisites for this? I saw it in one of the webinars, and it sounds like a useful tool.

My only hesitation is that the page were you create the intouch device says “URL on LAN”.

I am just going to try it, but only get a little time onsite, so I thought I would ask the question first.

Any success? I am wanting to do the same thing but have not had any luck. For example, one of my WANs is a cellular router, and I would like to be able to access that router’s management page.

Hello, Ben.
I use InTouch to access my LTE modem at WAN of my TST-DUO-PRO and don’t have any issues. Works very well.
