I am having trouble with InTouch. For some reason its no longer working.
I have tried rebooting and different firmware versions. I am not able to access any of my local devices in the 172.16.1.0/16 network via InTouch.
Acces to those devices works fine from within the local network.
Any tips and what I can do to make it work again are highly appreciated!
If any additional info is needed please let me know and I will share it!
From the tools menu can you ping the device’s IP from your Peplink router ?
yes ping from the tools menu of the router works without any issues.
Traceroute also works fine. I am totally out of ideas on how to further approach this problem.
During my initial tests InTouch was working fine, but in the production environment it simply no longer does.
Are there any known setting or issues that could prevent InTouch from working?
After further testing, I’ve discovered something noteworthy:
• Clients in the IP range 172.16.2.X can be accessed via InTouch.
• Clients in the IP range 172.16.1.X cannot be accessed via InTouch.
As shown in the screenshot from my first post, my P2B-LAN spans both of these IP ranges, with a subnet configured as 172.16.1.1/16. However, the clients in the 172.16.1.X range are the ones that seem to be causing issues with InTouch, while those in the 172.16.2.X range work just fine.
