Have a device behind a balance 580 on a client platform and using http of https InTouch config for the device I get the webpage but without any data fields populated and then this message pops up:
If I click ok it adds path to the url but just sits with not progress, copying the additional path to IP address on locally connected PC just simply heads to home page…
Any ideas gratefully received - Thanks
