Hello @KPS-ps,
The SpeedFusion Cloud services are a core part of the Peplink InTouch functionality; these are not accessible in a closed network, which would be part of the challenge you are experiencing.
From our ongoing observations with Peplink’s InTouch, the InControl2 team constantly evolves and improves the tool. For example, when InTouch launched, we only had HTTP and HTTPS; we now have SSH, TELNET, RDP, and VNC, all of which require different processing. When you also look at how InTouch can be used in the security video industry, the variety of codecs that the InTouch team has been working with is as varied as the brands out there.
You could submit a feature request for an on-premise version of InControl that supports InTouch.
I hope this helps clear the air on InTouch with the premiss version of InControl.
Marcus
