The intouch feature for Incontrol currently supports only a single port for communication with the devices connected to the Peplink routers, which we had some issues to access some devices that uses multiple ports. For example, one of our projects, we use a Thales Mission-Link satellite terminal connected to the WAN interface of the Peplink router, and the Thales Mission-Link uses multiple ports on its GUI (80, 9998), so when logged into Incontrol and trying to access the Thales Mission-Link GUI by using Intouch feature, it doesn’t work and we can’t access the terminal GUI properly.
With that in mind, I wanted to bring this and see if the Intouch can have an improvement by having it support multiple ports, this would help a lot for the devices which its GUI uses multiple ports for access and management.
