I am using InTouch via InControl2 for remote connection with devices on my AP. In one case the device appears on the client list in both remote web access and IC2 but does not get an ip address and I am not able to connect with it. See attached screenshot.
My router is a MAX BR1 Mini. The device is a Digital Yachts Wi-Fi Gateway.
Can you please help me figure out how to get it connected.
