International hardware warranty or RMA

Hello,
Our customer want to use a MAX router on their Boat…Boat location is changing in the year.We assune they have a smart care…
They ask me that We will purchase a MAX router from Turkey…If our MAX router hardware failed and need replace in Greece( may be italy or spain )
Can Peplink distributor in Greece provide a new hardware or Can they start advanced RMA?

As usual, the RMA has to be initiated from their point of purchase (or the reseller) but we can ship the RMA unit directly to the country/location where the user is physical located at.

Of course it will be good if the local partner/distributor is willing to provide any kind of support (advise, troubleshooting or loan unit).
