Hi everyone,
Sometime on my 20X with firmware 8.5.2, the device become unresponsive, and can’t be rebooted via InControl 2. Internet still work but when I go to admin page on the router I have an 500 Internal Server error on Ngnix. And after sometime it work again like it never happened.
Do you know why it does that ?

Are you running version 8.5.2s051?
Just ran into this issue myself. ugggg
You need to update the firmware with the version in the message on the top. This firmware has fixed my problem.
