Increase WAN down alert notification time interval

Hi all,

From what i can see in Pep LINK WAN downtime notification

There is no option for me to set the interval time for the alerts to be sent out, for example, i want it to only send out the email if the disconnection happened for more than 40 seconds…is there anyone with any idea?
