Incontrol2 WAN up status not updated

After a recent outage of my main WAN, it is not showing as being “up” on the “Connection Up/Down History” report. It looks like the report is not being updated. However, on the Device Details I can see WAN on the device being up. Does anyone know how to force an update of the report? Why is this happening in the first place? The device is a Balance One, using two WANs both connected to a FusionHub image hosted on DigitalOcean.
