Hello, I need to change the username email address on our Incontrol account. I have navigated to the ’ Update your account information’ page but there is nowhere to change the login name, only the firstname, surname and password, the ‘Your email address’ section is missing. Can someone tell me how to do this?

The email address is the unique identifier for InControl 2 access, but, there is a way to achieve what you need:
Go to Organization Settings > Organization Settings, add your new email address as the “Super Organization Administrator”, log out, and re-login with the new email address. Now, you can delete the old email address from the same setting page.
