Hello, I have a client which has recently moved over to me that has a Peplink balance one router and a Pepwave AP.
I have a problem setting up Incontrol2 for her as her devices serial numbers are already in use by another account.
The original re-sellers of the equipment are not helping at all.
Could anyone advise on how to get these devices released from whatever account they are linked to.
or if i specify the serial numbers could i be told what email address there are linked to so I can try track down whoever has the details to the account.
