InControl2 not detect the Peplink Balance 210

Greeting to all,
When I log in to my acc in the InControl2 it detects that my Peplink Balance 210 was offline. Is there any setup in the Peplink Balance 210 so that when I check at the InControl2 it will be online. thank you.

  1. Please make sure you have active IC2 subscription for your device in-order it will able to manage by IC2.

  2. At the device level, please make sure InControl is enabled.

  3. If your device is behind a firewall, make sure the firewall is allowing the following IP and ports .
