I am starting to manage all of our customers Peplink devices via InControl2 for Firmware Updates. When I go to the Firmware - Group Policy and click the drop down for lets say, Balance 20 the only choices that pop up are 6.1.0 build 2517 and 6.1.2 build 2717 and not 6.2.1. I was hoping to update in mass these devices to 6.2.1. Am I missing something?
Hi tj - you just need to add the 6.2.1 firmware to your IC2 by entering the link to it from our site.
