IS there a license to use InControl like the BR1-minis have for products such as the BR2 , UBR LTE, UBR pro.

Unfortunately, very few products offer IC2 access only.
I agree it would be beneficial as not everyone wish to extend warranty on products but will want remote access.
I can’t say for sure that all of their devices offer the option to override IC2. But I can tell you that peplink offers a downloadable IC2 software package that you can install and use to host your own IC2, giving you access to your devices remotely.
Private IC2 would be a licensed feature and not something I would consider for a direct replacement here (unless you have hundreds of devices).
Better would be to ask Peplink to allow IC2 access only for some devices, especially older models still working which are not worth adding warranty to.
