incontrol show offline even Peplink is still under warranty

Hi,

I have a Peplink Balance 710 HW 3with latest firmware (8.5.0),
showing offline in my incontrol even still under warranty. Thank you.

Hi,

I am aware of all the above, but I am encountering an issue with my two High Availability (HA) devices (Master and Slave). When I add these devices to InControl 2, the Slave device appears online, but the Master device shows as offline.

Notes:

Both devices have the same Warranty Expiry Date (and are still within warranty).
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
