InControl Setup- Email Failure

Dears,

Am doing initial setup of Incontrl2. Am not getting verification email for new user. I have configured email smtp configuration but am getting Error! Test Email AJAX failed.

Hi @Danish_Vallanchira,

I would recommend to submit a ticket with S/N of the InControl2 server and enable Remote assistance in the Control panel.
Then support engineers can help to check Email configuration.
