So I have a device that has always belonged to my company. I have a PO number that we purchased it on and I am unable to add it to my incontrol. It shows that its associated to another org. I dont know how this could be. It sounds like a typo of some sort. The unit has been in my warehouse and now I want to use it and I can’t add it.
I would check with the partner you purchased it from to see if they registered it it for preconfiguration or to protect if the device was lost or stolen.
