Anyone else encounters the same issue?
I have mostly B One 5G and installed on ships, using its captive portal to offer internet to crew.
Quite some ships report they can not use the captive portal and after making a reboot, the device gone offline.
All the B One 5G connected to Starlink, and Starlink is working normal. And firmware 8.5.1 and 8.5.2.
I have 80 ps. Peplink (B one 5G, Balance 20x, Balance 380)
All on ships and all on Starlink.
I have 7 vessels with exactly same problem you describe.
Working on it now.
now 12 is offline
still no solution.
seems to be a peplink problem, not a starlink problem.
But Peplink has not answered the ticket
Yes, I have some more devices offline…
And Peplink support still trying to check the device itself but it is obviously InControl problems
Peplink see the Starlink WAN as connected, but no data is transferred.
And Peplink is not online on Incontrol (i connected directly to the peplink to see)
Not even able to check for firmware update.
Users are only able to use whatsapp texts and messenger texts.
No internet is available, but if we switch to cellular on peplink, then we have normal connection.
And if we connect directly to Starlink LAN without peplink, then internet is working.
Problem is that Starlink is blocking Peplink!
But why ?
