InControl on prem, IP Adress config

Hi!

We’re installing Incontroll on prem but experience problems when setting the subnetmask.

We are stuck on 1.7 in the Appliance setup Guide 2.8.2.5.

The problem occurs when we try to set the subnet mask. It wont change from it´s initial setting of 255.255.255.0. It seems to have stuck there,

Any suggestions?

I just verified the issue does not occur with the latest ICA 2.8.2.6 release. Please make sure you have downloaded the latest image from the download page. If the problem still persists after upgrading, please enable Remote Assistance (on the control panel page) and email the s/n to [email protected].
