Hi, We have some MAX BR1 mini 5G connect to Balance 20X.
When both equipment standalone mode incontrol is online.
After i reset MAX BR1 mini 5g as synergy device, Banlance 20X as synergy controller. some MAX BR1 mini 5g offline at incontrol.
Remote from Balance 20X to MAX BR1 mini 5g dashboard showing device is connected to internet.
Can you suggest why some synergy device offline, and how to check issue.
