Before I open a ticket can others confirm if the below is happening to you?
Group Viewers in Incontrol enter an endless loop of “unauthorized” when clicking on any router in the group. It does not happen when clicking on a switch.
The system displays an “unauthorized banner” across the top and within about 2 seconds it refreshes the browser and enters an endless loop that makes it difficult to click on anything else.
