Hi Michael,

Since this update all SD switches lost their IGMP settings. (The settings you have to alter without InControl) The ones not affected where offline at the moment but did get affected once they reconnected to InControl at a later moment.

The eventlog displays a fairly generic ‘InControl has updated the configuration as InControl configuration updated’ followed by ‘InControl is updating Admin management and SD switch configuration’ and ‘Switch configuration has been updated by InControl’.

Due to Crestron NVX killing the network with 10Gbit of unrestricted multicast the configuration is rolled back by the switch. This repeats a few times and finally InControl wins.

Was this intentional or is it just my bad luck?

Hi Jelmer, could you please file a support ticket and provide some of the switches’ serial numbers? We will investigate this for you.

We are facing the same issue on 2 SD24 Rugged switches. Our IGMP Snooping settings were deleted
