InControl Could Servies is not responding

We are experiencing a problem with the InControl where its not working, the Wi-Fi users and getting the message (Too Many redirects), accessing the InControl is very slow or giving the error message
(Server Error 502)

as well as the InControl also is not reflecting the changes to our appliance (Balance 580),would please inform if there is a technical problem in the InControl Cloud Service

This problem was present yesterday for us in Europe. Today it’s fixed, you should create a Support Ticket at ticket.peplink.com .

Thanks for the information, we are still getting the issue even today, we sent the ticket previously, and we are waiting for feedback.

Is there a way to keep the captive portal login page running on the balance device without losing the authentication service, the Wi-Fi users cannot login, this is in case the there is an issue with InControl Cloud Service?

We are experiencing slowness again as well, but so far everything is still online.

You should be able to setup a Captive Portal locally, but you need to enable the AP Controller mode for that. In the local settings of the Peplink you can go to AP and enable AP Management for Integrated AP and External AP.

When you enable it here, it will override any setting pushed from inControl which has to do with the Wi-Fi AP features.
