If you’re going to design a config change applied notification, at least say what was changed, from which logged in user and what their IP was.
Just saying DEVICE (SN) Changes applied on 2024-01-01 11:22 doesn’t help much to help the admin determine if it’s actionable, a concern, from a strange country or ip or is ok.
