Were there any disruptions to the InControl service this morning as there have been in the past? A bunch of my devices reported “offline” but their uptime hasn’t changed and the services didn’t seem to be affected in any way.
There was no outage or distruptions to InControl in the past 24 hours. System monitor shows no sudden drop of devices.
InControl identifies a device as offline when the system cannot reach the device’s management packet (over UDP port 5246) for more than 3 minutes. You may check if your ISP has some routing issue with those UDP traffic during the period.
