Incontrol AP One AC Mini seen offline in Incontrol

Hi,

our AP One AC Mini is seen as offline in Incontrol

From the AP, pings (using tools) on 8.8.8.8, www.peplink.com, ac1.peplink.com and ac2.peplink.com are sucessful
the AP is still under warranty
InControl management is set on the AP

What must I do to solve this ?

Hello,

I would attempt to reboot the AP. Otherwise Ensure it is on our latest firmware as well (see below). If those don’t resolve the issue, appreciate if you could provide the SN to your device for me to check further (feel free to PM SN).

The last firmware was pushed on the AP and then rebooted. (SN sent by PM)

Hi Jarid, I’ve rebooted few hours ago the AP one but it is still viewed as ‘Offline’

The serial number of your AP One AC mini is xxxx-xxxx-63F0? If so, I notice it was online 1 days 16 hours 58 minutes now.
