I purchased a new device from Mobile Must Have and am unable to add it to my InControl. I read other posts where it says used devices cannot be added without first removing them from the original owner, but this is a new device. Any help would be appreciated.
You should work with your point of purchase partner (MobileMustHave). Post back here if you aren’t able to resolve.
