InControl 2 SIM Card Reports

Hi All!

When I run a SIM Card Report in InControl 2, some devices show up with blank IMSI and ICCID fields. I suspect that this is because the devices haven’t been active in some time. Can anyone confirm this is the case, and if so, when this info ages out?

I assume you are referring to the “Devices and SIM Cards” table. Actually the table was newly introduced in InControl 2.8.2 on Sep 16 and 23 for Mars and Earth respectively. The system did not store the IMSI or ICCID values prior to 2.8.2. It is likely that the devices have not been online after the 2.8.2 was released. When they go online once, the values will be displayed.
