Incontrol 2 shows incorrect reports

Hi,

We have noticed that some of our units doesnt report properly in Ic2. It shows that devices has been online for 21 days or so but it doesnt show any uptime or usages. We are unable to access the webadmin and also unable to powercycle the device using IC2. They manually powercycle the units but the devices still shows it is online for more than 20 days.

Sorry for the late reply. The reported issue fix on 03-04-2018.
