InControl 2 Service Issue

InControl 2 (Earth) is having issue right now, we are fixing it at this moment. It would also affect Captivel Portal if it is created by IC2.

In the last 8 hours, the Earth was not functioning well. Devices incorrectly went offline on IC2. The issue has been relieved. The error page should not been shown now. But the “false offline” issue may still occur. We are still working on it.

The false offline issue has been resolved at about 10:00 GMT+0, lasted for about 8 hours. However about 40% of devices on earth right now cannot receive bulk configuration. It is a known limitation. We will fix it tomorrow.

All issues with earth have been resolved at 04:00 GMT+0.

Note that live messaging to some devices were also affected before that. It affected captive portal guests logging in via those devices.
