i need to check in Captive Portal Settings have User Authentication in radius server but have standard RFC 3576 in CoA-DM for can check and Controller Limit BW Up/Down ?

We follow RFC 3576 when working on DM. You may control bandwidth limit via Network > QoS > Bandwidth Control.
