In control status no connected

Hi need help! Important gif today! My MTD does not indicate connected on the incontrol dashboard yet was going no problem 24hrs ago. I have plenty of data in both sim cards. I’ve tried rebooting any suggestions? Thanks

If you are connected to the Max Transit do you have internet access?
Does IC2 show warranty expired?

Yes I have internet, I just recently purchase the transit so I can’t see how im expired. I’ll look thru the post. Thanks for the quick reply!
