IC2 reports limited to 17 hours a day? Also, clock = UTC?

I am not seeing a setting for changing this. Currently I have selected daily email usage reports. The reports have only 17 or 18 hours of activity. Is there a way to change this?

Second question - What clock is used for generating the reports. I’m in the Pacific time zone and it’s obvious the usage does not match the location time zone.

It shows 24 hours for me, but only if the device is online for those 24 hours. If the device is not online, it will shorten the timespan to the hours it was online.

I do think that it should show all 24 hours regardless, the time zone (UTC offset) that the data is presented in, and I renew my request for CSV email outputs instead of PDFs :slight_smile:
