Background:
A synergized system, with
- B20X as synergy controller
- Transit Duo as synergized device, connected to WAN1 of the B20X
- The duo is providing three WANs:
2 cellular WANs
1 wired WAN (to a Starlink mini)
All three WANs are reported to and controlled by the B20X.
Issue - inconsistent usage report by IC2 v. the local web admin pane:
When one of the synergized WANs is exercised (say, 50Mbps download on the Starlink) the aggregated usage is reported correctly by the local web admin pane on the B20X (50Mbps), with the traffic on both the Starlink WAN and WAN1 being reported as 50Mbps.
However, when looking at the reports by IC2 we find the aggregated (“All WANs”) number adding the two connections (the intra-system WAN1 and the external Starlink connection) for a total of 100Mbps.
Doubling the reported bandwidth simply because the synergy controller employs a system-internal WAN in the architecture is not helpful (at least, to me).
Question/request:
Is there a way to omit the intra-system WANs from the IC2 report of the aggregated usage?
If not, please add that feature (or replace the reporting setup with that of the local web admin pane) .
Cheers,
Z.
