IC2 Cloud-based location

Peplink IC2 on cloud-base will allocate at AWS, I’m right?
When we access to cloud-based IC2, are we always access the same location server or will be change from time to time?
Example, my location was Asia Pacific. The nearest server will be in Singapore.

Peplink is on top of the firewall. Means that the IC2 server, we’re accessing is hosted in US. No matter where we (Peplink device) are located, right?
