IC2 Captive Portal Guest Account - Reporting Max concurrent use but no device list

We are currently experiencing an issue with the Peplink Captive Portal. The system is reporting that the maximum number of concurrent users has been reached, which is preventing the device from connecting.

When we checked the Peplink router to identify which device is using the affected ID, no associated device was found. We then expanded the search using the dashboard’s client list across all routers, but still could not locate any device linked to the ID.

This issue is very frustrating, as the user is unable to log in and access the network. We have reported this to Peplink support, but unfortunately, we have not received any response so far.

Is anyone else encountering this error as well?
