I need to find a certified peplink engineer

Hi. I have a Peplink Balance 380 Hardware version 6. This was bought used - not from a certified engineer. I need to hire a certified Peplink engineer to set this up with our 3 internet connections with speed fusion bonding so our VOIP calls don’t drop if there is an outage with one of our internet providers. We are located in West Palm Beach, FL.

The closest Peplink dealer told me they will not provide set-up for items not purchased directly for them - even for a fee. There are no other local engineers.
