I Have not received my license


I ordered the Max BR1 mini with a four year license from Mobile Must Haves on June 22. I have not received the key to activate the wan port. Can you please tell me how to proceed?


I assume mobilemusthave are not responding for some reason? They should be able to fix it.

Log a ticket with Peplink attach invoice / receipt showing proof of payment and they will help I would imagine.

Sorry to leave you hanging. I had to order a new BR1 and it arrived today, let me see how the new unit is working.
