I forgot incontrol2 password and I cannot reset it.
There are no mail in my mailbox

Hi @4m.sound.88 - welcome to the Forum.

The email will probably come from InControl and may been seen as “spam” by some, can you check the spam or junk folder? Do you see the email there?

I see all my box it’s doesnt have any mail from peplink

Now I can login but all device and my organization are gone. How can I fix this problem I need to setup fushionhub

It may be worth trying again, I’ve just tested this and it worked for me - the email was from : InControl 2 [noreply@peplink.com]

If that doesn’t work, then if you are the only Organisation Admin for your InControl you’ll need to raise a ticket and ask Peplink to reset this for you. If there are other Admin’s they should be able to reset it for you.

Is it possible that you created 2 InControl Organisations?

If you used the same email address for both Organisations, then you’ll be able to see the other one(s) by clicking on the Organisation name on the right hand side and then you’ll see a list of Organisations that you have access to:-

I see you created two user accounts with two email addresses. One is xxxd.exxx, another one is xxxdexxx I think you should log in as xxxdexxx.
