I can't access192.168.50.1

I am trying to access 192.168.50.1 via my iPhone without any success. I am using a Pepwave MAX BR1 Mini. I greatly appreciate your advice. Thank you.

On your iphone, what is your IP address and gateway address?

Hello Lewis,

  1. Connect to BR-mini WIFI;
  2. Disconnect iPhone from Cellular network;
  3. Try access via web browser (try both Chrome and Safari);
  4. Try Peplink Router Utility application (available on app store);
  5. If still no success, then please create a ticket with your device SN number here:

Type in https://192.168.50.1
Make sure to use the s in https.
