I cannot access peplink balance 20

Dear sir
I have Peplink Balance 20 ,sometimes hanging ,i cannot access peplink from Browser also cannot access internet ,always need to restart to access , can you tell me whats the problem ,

We received many cases that the Balance 20/30 was undersizing. Please open ticket for us to check what is causing the Balance 20 hangs.
