HTTP health check URL 1 & URL 2

There are two URLs for HTTP health check: URL 1 & URL 2. How is it programmed? I.e.:

  1. Does the unit send a health check to both URLs simultaneously and as long as one responds (quickest response?) its validated?
  2. Does the unit send a health check to both simultaneously and both URLs must respond in order to be validated?
  3. Does the unit first try URL 1 and if it responds its validated and if it does not it goes to URL 2?
  4. Does it first try URL 1 and even if it responds then moves to URL 2 and if URL 2 doesn’t respond its not validated?
  5. something else?

Just trying to figure out how things functions…

Also still would be nice for it to be updated to use HTTPS protocol as most websites no longer do HTTP

Yes, you are right.

Either one responds will do. If the WAN doesn’t get responses from both URLs, health check fails will be triggered.
