This installation guide is a step-by-step manual on how to wire an ACW-622 to a HD4 IP67 DC port.
Step 1. Note the numbers on the DC connector (these numbers are also embossed on the part itself).
Step 2. Carefully strip off some of the white coating cable (A) from the ACW-622 cable and connect it to DC connector slot 1.
Step 3. Twist the silver wires (B) together (see image in Step 2) and connect to DC connector slot 3.
Remarks: DC connector slot (1) = +ve; DC connector slot (3) = -ve.
