Why do I need to check if InControl has been turned ON?

  1. If your device has exceeded its renewable term and you are looking to renew a CarePlan subscription, our system will require your device to be verified before proceeding. To do so, your device must be online with the InControl option on WebUI turned ON.
  2. While license was purchased, it will automatically be applied to devices if your device is connected to the internet and the InControl option on WebUI is turned ON.

How do I turn ON InControl?
To enable the InControl option, please follow the steps:

  • WebUI Main Page > System > InControl
  • Under the ‘Controller Management Settings’ page
  • Choose the ’Controller’ option and select ‘InControl’
