I recently deployed an evaluation of FusionHub to Azure. I attempted to create a PepVPN tunnel to a Balance 210, but the FusionHub did not show in the peer list in InControl2. I logged in locally to the FusionHub and it is now showing that the license is invalid with the error: “Virtual machine server has changed.” I attempted to release the license from InControl, but nothing changes. I also attempted a factory restore on the FusionHub, but the license key is not removed. I’m not sure what changed that caused the license key to invalidate, but I cannot figure out how to disassociate that key from the FusionHub.
This guide may help. If any change had been made to any of the virtual machines settings the ID will change and it will be detected as a new VM.
