How to make tickets visible for colleagues in Ticketing System?

Me and my colleague created an account in the ticketing system and although we used the same company name, we cannot see each others tickets. Can our accounts be linked with each other?



You’ll need to make sure the other colleague is a part of the same User Group. I think this can only be done for partner accounts and not for customer accounts. If everyone is a part of the same group but you’re still having issues, please open a ticket so we can look into this further.

I just wanted to update and confirm that we can create groups for customers as well.
